Mrs. Ryan's Weekly Message

Dear Eanes Elementary Families,

Thank you for another great week!  We appreciate everyone's flexibility with our late start on Monday.  Additionally, we want to express our gratitude for the campus and community wide outreach we've observed following Hurricane Harvey.  Our hearts go out to the families displaced by this natural disaster, and we are so grateful for the kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity we've seen from our students and EE families.

We look forward to welcoming EE parents to campus for our Back to School Night for parents.  This is an adult-only event, and we are excited to share the topics for learning your children will enjoy this school year!  Please see the schedule below for more details.

Thank you for all that you do to make Eanes Elementary such a phenomenal place to learn, grow, and play!  At Eanes Elementary, We Can and We Will Be Somebody Who Makes Everybody Feel Like Somebody!  See you Tuesday!

Have a lovely, three-day weekend!

Lesley Ryan

Approval will lower District's total tax rate by 1.25 cents and increase amount of local tax revenue that stays in the community

We are excited to officially kick off the program this year, which will streamline services including transportation and cafeteria meal transactions as well as coordinate campus dismissal preferences electronically with parents of elementary students.

Healthy Students

For the month of May, we will be focusing on Responsible Decision Making or Choices. “Learning to make their own choices helps children to be more independent, responsible, and confident.”  Provide children the opportunity to make choices.  Limit options for younger children so they can have practice and experience in becoming a good decision maker.

To read about other ways to support your child in making good decisions read, “Teaching Your Kid to Make Good Decisions”.
