Fundamental classes in reading and math will be offered for students who were in grades K-5 during the 2023-2024 school year. The program is designed to support students who need additional help or time mastering grade level objectives.
The classes, which will be located at Forest Trail Elementary, 1203 Loop 360 South, will be offered in two separate sessions daily, Monday through Thursday, beginning Monday, June 3rd, for a period of four weeks, ending on Thursday, June 27th (no school on Wednesday, June 19). Students may enroll in either Reading, Math, or both classes. Instruction will be based on individual student profiles provided by the student’s current classroom teacher. Profiles will identify the course objectives needing reinforcement.
